Executive Assistant | Office Manager

We’re looking for someone who feeds off the energy of a fast paced environment, has obsessive attention to detail, enjoys supporting senior leadership, and can be the engine that keeps our office humming!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Assistant to CEO and Head of Finance & Operations - calendar management, travel, meetings, and ad hoc duties
  • Manage entire office including supplies, kitchen, mail, deliveries, relationship with building management, etc.
  • Greeting visitors, maintaining office, break room/kitchen, and conference rooms
  • People Operations: assist with managing all recruiting procedures (scheduling interviews, hiring, onboarding)
  • Play a large role in managing a Q4/Q1 office move to our new SF Headquarters

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of fast-paced front office or administrative support experience
  • Experience managing calendars and communicating with executive-level employees
  • Hands on professional that can manage and perform a wide array of duties simultaneously
  • Ability to thoughtfully prioritize a highly diverse task list with varying deadlines and levels of urgency
  • Experience using a range of modern office software including Google docs, Microsoft Office, Slack, Dropbox, etc.
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • This role is very demanding.  It requires someone who can stay calm and continue to execute amid high-pressure situations and uncertain/incomplete information
  • Bachelor’s degree required
