BrightFunnel automatically identifies which campaigns and channels are most effective at sourcing, influencing, and converting prospects.

Reporting to our head of Customer Success with dotted line to our Chief Product Officer we are hiring a Product Specialist who will support the more technical elements of post-sales relationships with clients and feed our product roadmap with your daily insights.  

Requirements

  • You have worked in the world of B2B marketing
  • You have familiarity and ideally a deep understanding of marketing technologies (Eloqua, Marketo, and Pardot) and CRMs (Salesforce, Oracle CRM, and Dynamics) where Marketo and Salesforce are priorities
  • You have excellent written, analytical, and communication skills
  • You are comfortable with data manipulation and data structures
  • You have strong process and/or project delivery discipline
  • You have 3 years minimum work experience in a client-facing technical role
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, SQL
  • Exposure to APIs and ERDs and how they differ
  • You value self driven continual learning
  • You bring passion and heart to your work and relationships with your colleagues
  • You are fun, have a sense of humor are humble and want to be in the knife fight of a start up

Responsibilities

  • Support our Customer Success Managers to deliver on post-sales technical engagement with our most strategic and high-value clients
  • Be tied at the him with product management to influence what we do in every development sprint cycle
  • You will align with sales teams and consult with clients to confirm and map business goals and metrics to a BrightFunnel Specification
  • You’ll travel to customer locations to support technical onboarding and optimize BrightFunnel integrations
  • Successfully manage resources and deliverables while balancing project timelines and unanticipated issues
  • You will work with Customer Success Managers (CSM) to ensure continued and sustained value for existing customers throughout the onboarding and renewal process
  • You'll become a technical sponsor for internal engagements with BrightFunnel product and engineering teams to prioritize product and systems tasks from clients
