Sales Development Representative

BrightFunnel is looking for a dynamic and strategic Account Development Representative to help us grow our business, work in tandem with both sales and marketing, and have a direct impact on revenue.  At BrightFunnel, we are paving the way and developing new and unique ways for ADRs to be an integral part of the full sales and marketing funnel. This isn’t just a straight cold calling role—you will have the opportunity to develop creative, high-touch campaigns that build relationships and move the needle.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate prospective customers about BrightFunnel and the power of marketing attribution
  • Work in tandem with sales and marketing to develop creative and coordinated account outreach plans that include phone, email, direct mail, events, social media and more
  • Qualify and nurture inbound leads from marketing
  • Outbound prospecting into key target accounts
  • Meet goals for meetings, pipeline, and activity
  • Actively engage in prospect and customer facing activities by being on the ground at conferences and other industry events
  • Become a thought leader in the industry—you will have lots opportunity to contribute on social media and through the blog!

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
  • Fearless attitude and a high comfort level for making phone calls in an open environment
  • Unrelenting positive energy and a passion for building relationships
  • Comfort ability with rejection and vulnerability
